Our Mediterranean Rub is our take on Greek or Italian Seasoning rolled in to one delicious pot of flavour! It’s herby & fresh with a richness that will give anything a kick of pure taste! It’s great for fish, pork, chicken, seafood or veg – try throwing a pinch onto a pizza before you serve it.

Like many in our range, this is sugar-free, gluten-free, paleo and vegan too. With no fillers or anything artificial, our unique blend of herbs and spice create the purest, freshest flavour possible to give your food attitude. It’s also ‘free’ on all the slimming plans we know of!

It makes a perfect marinade or drizzle: mix 1-2 teaspoons with a splash of oil & drizzle over food so it can absorb all those lovely flavours. You can even add it to yoghurt with a tiny splash of oil to dress a salad or make a dip. Try a pinch on feta cheese with a drizzle of oil too – it’s so versatile!
