When placing my order, i can confirm that I have entered the correct name, delivery address and contact phone number and have selected the correct day that I am going to be there to take my delivery. Please note wether you live in a house, flat or apartment please make sure you are in as parcels will be left at the door due to being perishable goods. The Meat Man will NOT be held responsible for any incorrect address or postcode provided. Also if the parcel has to be left then it’s my responsibility and NOT The Meat Man's if the parcel goes missing from the property I requested (no claims can be made against The Meat Man). DPD times may vary due to issues and delivery times are only a guide.

I must contact The Meat Man prior to leaving any online feedback or reviews where an issue has occurred to give The Meat Man enough time to investigate, rectify or report to any governing bodies such as the local EHO or FSA. The Meat Man allows for up to 48 hours (longer over bank holidays) if the customer is dissatisfied with the order for this to be reported and rectified. Please note if you wish to amend your order or cancel your order you must contact us via email or telephone within 6 hours of this order being submitted and confirmed. This is due to the nature of the business as we cut all meat fresh to order and we can't except returns.

Any refunds must be agreed by The Meat Man and can only be for products returned and not ones that have been disposed of or eaten.

Sometimes delivery issues happen and parcels may have to be delivered the following day, so any refused parcels is the customers  also orders can not be spilt for 2 different delivery dates or addresses.

Refused Deliveries / Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted in accordance with the delivery information provided and the order is refused or cannot be delivered due to the customer’s unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be treated as a failed delivery at the customer’s request.

In such cases, The Meat Man is not liable for any loss arising from refusal where delivery has been attempted within the agreed delivery window (including where delivery is made within the stated tolerance of up to 1 working day variation).

Any returned goods will remain the responsibility of the customer, and any costs incurred in returning, disposing of, or handling the goods may be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer. Due to the perishable nature of goods, refunds may be refused where products are not returned in a resaleable condition or are disposed of after refusal.

All products are shipped out fresh with 6 days shelf life, but we recommend that you freeze after 3 days to keep the freshness as household fridges are not as chilled as commerical ones. Orders cant be spilt for different delivery dates (separate orders must be made).

All flavoured items with have allergens stated on the product on arrival, if you require any more information please contact us prior to ordering. To edit or cancel you must also contact at least 24 hours prioir to the day of despatching your order. Everything we do is cut to order and we can't cancel the order once the order has been packed and despatched. Delivery times are given to help with tracking, but may vary if any traffic, accidents or other situations occur. I agree any refunds can take 5-10 working days to show on my account.

The Golden Ticket promotion runs from 24 May 2026 to 19 July 2026 inclusive. Ten Replica England shirts are to be given away.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of The Meat
Man and their immediate families.
4. How to Enter — Purchase Route
Purchase a World Cup Hamper from www.themeatman.co.uk during the promotional period. Ten
randomly selected World Cup Hamper orders will contain a golden envelope inside the box. If
your order contains a golden envelope you are a winner. Not all orders will contain a golden
envelope. No other products or orders are eligible.
5. How to Enter — Free Postal Entry Route
No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without purchase, send your full name, age, and

. One postal entry per person. Postal entries must be received by 12 July
2026 to be included in the draw. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed

6. Prizes
There are ten prizes available, each consisting of one England football shirt. Shirt sizes will be
allocated at the promoter's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is
available.
7. Winner Selection
Ten World Cup Hamper orders will be randomly selected to contain a golden envelope prior to
dispatch. Postal entries will be entered into a separate draw for any prizes not claimed via the
purchase route. Winners will be notified by email or direct message within 7 days of the
promotion closing.
8. Publicity
By entering the promotion, winners agree that The Meat Man may use their name, general
location, and reaction content shared publicly by the winner for promotional purposes across
The Meat Man's social media channels and website. Winners may decline this use by
contacting The Meat Man directly.
9. Data and Privacy
Personal data submitted as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of
administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. Data will be held in
