We placing my order, i can confirm that I have entered the correct name, delivery address and contact phone number and have selected the correct day that I am going to be there to take my delivery. The Meat Man will NOT be held responsible for any incorrect address or postcode provided. If i have left special instructions then it’s my responsibility and NOT The Meat Man's if the parcel goes missing from the place I requested. DPD times may vary due to issues and delivery times are only a guide. I must contact The Meat Man prior to leaving any online feedback where an issue has occured to give The Meat Man enough time to investigate, rectify and report to any governing bodies lsuch as the local EHO or FSA. The Meat Man allows for up to 48 hours if the customer is dissatisfied with the order for this to be reported and rectified. Please note if you wish to amend your order or cancel your order you must contact us via email or telephone within 6 hours of this order being submitted and confirmed. This is due to the nature of the business as we cut all meat fresh to order and we can't except returns.
Any refunds must be agreed by The Meat Man and can only be for products returned and not ones that have been disposed of or eaten.
All products are shipped out fresh with 6 days shelf life, but we recommend that you freeze after 3 days to keep the freshness as household fridges are not as chilled as commerical ones. Orders cant be spilt for different delivery dates (separate orders must be made).
Please note all exotic meats are frozen and may arrive defrosted.
All flavoured items with have allergens stated on the product on arrival, if you require any more information please contact us prior to ordering. To edit or cancel you must also contact at least 24 hours prioir to the day of despatching your order. Everything we do is cut to order and we can't cancel the order once the order has been packed and despatched. Delivery times are given to help with tracking, but may vary if any traffic, accidents or other situations occur. I agree any refunds can take 5-10 working days to show on my account.
