Our rich, mild, sweet paprika is supported with the herby undertones of garlic, rosemary, thyme & just a touch of mint; the citrusy edge helps it cut through the fattiness of lamb & keeps it light & fresh, perfect for marinating a shoulder or leg for a slow roasting.

It’s easy to make the perfect marinade or drizzle: mix 1-2 tsp with a splash of oil & drizzle on lamb steaks or a roasting joint a few hours before (overnight is best) to really absorb the flavours.
